Web shop recommendations, preferences and interests cookies

We have so many items in our store that we would like to help you find what you are looking for. For example, by pointing out items that may be of interest to you. This is, for example, based on your previous visits to our web shop, no matter what device you used. We look at your cookies and your IP address, as well as what you previously bought from us and your interests that we know as a result of asking you. Recommendations and interest cookies allow us to verify that you have seen certain products or offers, clicked on them, and if you have subsequently bought a specific product. We would also like to point out that unfortunately, if you do not want to make use of cookies, we cannot guarantee our web shop will work properly. Some functionality of the web shop will be lost, or you may not even be able to see certain pages. Additionally, refusing cookies does not mean you will no longer see advertisements. The advertisements will simply not be suited to your interests and you will often see repeat advertisements. The method for changing your browser settings varies by browser. WE WILL KEEP THE FIRE BURNING IN 2021

These have been challenging times for all of us, but the safety of our crew, artists and especially you are key. This is why we decided to postpone FIRE IS GOLD to 28 August 2021.

We will miss you this summer, but we can’t wait to show you what we have in store for #FIG21. We will keep the fire burning with a festival experience you won’t forget.

Of course, all tickets will stay valid for next year and you can find all the info & possibilities regarding your ticket below.

#FIG21

Take Care, stay healthy & stay strong! 🖤

TO ANSWER YOUR QUESTIONS ABOUT THE VIRUS

When will FIRE IS GOLD take place?

FIRE IS GOLD will take place on 28 August 2021.

Will the line-up be the same?

We are in contact with our stage hosts & artists to discuss programming for 2021. We will launch the full line-up in March 2021.

What do I need to do if I already bought a ticket?

All tickets purchased will automatically be valid for next year or our edition in 2022, you don’t need to do anything, just safely store your tickets so you don’t lose them.

I bought my ticket on Ticketswap.

Tickets purchased on Ticketswap also remain valid for next year.

I won a ticket through a contest or giveaway.

If you won tickets and you already received them; you can just use them to enter the festival next year. If you didn’t receive them yet, you can request your ticket as from February 2021 at info@fire-is-gold.com. Please note that you will have to show prove of winning a contest.

I already purchased Flames, a camping, a bus or a parking ticket

Everything you purchased in our ticket shop will automatically be valid for next year’s edition.
Flames: we use flames as currency to pay for food and drinks at the festival. Your flames are connected to your ticket, so when your ticket is scanned next year, your flames will automatically be charged onto your bracelet.

I’m a FIG Ambassador (Verve) and want to know what will happen with my rewards

We love having you as our FIG ambassador! We’re still working on a solution together with Verve but your points will be valid for next year’s program, prices and rewards will have the same value. More info will be shared on the ambassador page.

I really can’t make it to FIRE IS GOLD 2021/2022

That’s too bad but we understand. You can always sell your ticket to a friend or on Ticketswap. That way you’re helping to ensure the survival of FIRE IS GOLD festival. If you want a refund for your ticket, you can ask for it after FIRE IS GOLD 2021 took place by sending an email to info@fire-is-gold.com. Please note that you need a valid reason to why you can’t join our festival in 2021 of 2022. We discussed this process with the Belgian festival scene to be able to ensure that all of us can keep organizing amazing events in the future. We count on your understanding and goodwill, and we are really looking forward to welcome you in one of our next editions.
