Did you lose anything at the festival?

No need to panic yet. Because all lost & found items can be recovered at the following Antwerp police station: Noorderlaan. Phone: 03 338 41 11

• If you have any Flames left on your spending card, you can request a refund here. A refund can only be requested during a limited time period as from September 7 till September 17, 08:00.
• Make sure to fill in the code on your spending card. (see picture)
• It can take up to 10 days after the link is closed for the refund to be fully processed.
• Note that free Flames (won with contests or extra Flames in packages that we sold in our ticket shop) are not refundable.
• If you experience problems or if you still haven't received your money after 10 days, please contact info@fire-is-gold.com.
• Minimum balance and transaction fee is set to 1 Flame (€1,43).
• Note that there is an €2,5 administration cost.
